EPP (Expert Patients Programme)
The Expert Patients Programme (EPP) is a free course for anyone living with one, or more, long-term health condition in Croydon. The six-week course is designed to boost your health and wellbeing, find solutions to common problems and help you feel more confident to manage your condition.
The Expert Patients Programme complements the care and support you already receive from healthcare professionals and will make you aware of other services and resources available in your area.
Weekly sessions cover a range of topics including:
Dealing with pain and tiredness
Coping with feelings of depression and anxiety
Planning for the future
Communicating with family, friends and health care
Finding other health services in the community
ARCC Annual General Meeting 2021/22
Asian Resource Centre Croydon will be holding it's Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2021/22 on:-
Tuesday 13th December 2021 from 10.30am - 12.30pm
This is an opportunity for the members and the community to find out more about the projects, activities and achievements of the charity over the past year as well as hear about the future plans of the organisation.
We will be join by various guests speakers, community organisations and local businesses including: -

Dr Neil Goldbourne (Director of Strategy, Croydon NHS)

The AGM is also an opportunity for everyone to network with others in the borough and make new contacts.
