Asian Resource Centre of Croydon is delighted to support International Day of Yoga organised by VHP South London.

Join us to experience the joy of movement, mindfulness and togetherness for all ages and levels. Whether you’re a seasoned yoga or just starting your journey, we’re offering something for everyone - including both traditional Yoga and Chair Yoga sessions. Chair Yoga is perfect for those who prefer a gentler approach or have limited mobility.
