Join us for Your Health Journey at Brigstock Road Community Hub — a FREE community event bringing together information, advice and practical support to help you look after your health and wellbeing.

Come along to hear from expert speakers from Park Bathe, Croydon University Hospital and St. Christopher’s Hospice, with a particular focus on Ageing Well and Grief & Loss.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions, access free health checks, find out about mental health support through EMHIP, and connect with local organisations and services.
