Croydon Trailblazers

Croydon Trailblazers supports Croydon residents who have been out of the workplace for a while. The programme supports while they decide what next steps they would like to take.

The next steps might be to enhance skills, get skills/careers advice, support to start volunteering or to find suitable employment according to the clients physical and / or mental capabilities. It is understood that many barriers can exist that stop people taking those next steps. The service offers, time bound, holistic community support as part of the package to support  clients to overcome the barriers they have to moving forward.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Of working age (18+)
✅ Live in Croydon
✅ Currently not receiving support from Job Centre

✅ Skills Training
✅ Application Support & Interview Preparation
