A £200 security deposit is required to secure your venue hire booking at the Asian Resource Centre of Croydon (ARCC).
The security deposit will be refunded following your event, provided that:
The venue is left clean and tidy.
No damage has been caused to the premises, furniture or equipment.
The venue is vacated and securely locked within the agreed booking time.
All Venue Hire Terms & Conditions have been followed.
The full booking fee must be paid at least 7 days before the booking date. If full payment is not received by this deadline, your booking will be cancelled.
The security deposit is separate from your venue hire fee. Any applicable charges resulting from damage, additional cleaning, late departure or failure to comply with the Venue Hire Terms & Conditions may be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Once the security deposit has been paid and your booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation terms will apply:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the security deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will not be eligible for a refund of the security deposit and booking fee.
